Call for papers - European Conference on residual stresses (ECRS12)
We invite you to submit an abstract for the 12th European Conference on Residual Stresses (ECRS12), which will take place in Bremen, Germany from 7th to 10th September 2027.
The ECRS12 will be focusing on residual stresses in structural and functional materials. You could submit a paper on a broad range of residual stress-related topics, from experimental methods to modelling techniques and industrial applications.
Main topics of the conference:
- Residual stresses in mechanical engineering, materials science, solid-state physics, life sciences, geology and chemical reactivity of solids.
- Improvement of material and structural properties, such as fatigue life and geometrical stability.
- Residual stress research on micro- and nanostructure
- Experimental, theoretical, and numerical approaches in research
Abstracts can be submitted in German or English. Please send us an abstract of 1,800 characters (including spaces) and your photo using the form on this page.
